This hotel is a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly staff who offered us a refreshing towel and drink. Our room was luxurious with exclusive amenities and a private balcony overlooking the stunning garden area. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, whilst the Spa & wellness centre offered an array of indulging treatments, including body scrubs and massages.
The only minor issue we experienced was the noise from the air conditioning unit in our room.
Despite this, staff promptly rectified the problem, offering us a room change.

The hotel met the demands, I would like to go back there again. The staff was friendly and the service was good, so it was excellent stay. Everything was spotless in the room. A cool bonus was nearby hi phin coffee house, that offered tea and coffee.
